Founder & Administration Minister
Bio: Glenn’s journey of faith began in 1988 when he joined the campus ministry at the University of Cincinnati, committing himself to the teachings of Jesus. Upon completing his studies in 1992, Glenn, alongside his wife Vicki, embarked on a full-time ministry path, initially serving in Chicago and later in Champaign, Illinois. After three years, they relocated to Los Angeles where Glenn took on a pivotal role in church administration with the International Church of Christ, headquartered in Los Angeles, for four years. He returned to the full-time ministry in the North region of the Los Angeles Church of Christ for another three years.
Transitioning from religious service to the corporate world, Glenn spent 14 years at Bank of America, primarily in mortgage servicing operations. His tenure there culminated in a significant leadership role as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing a diverse team of over 1,000 employees across various national and international offices. Since 2016, Glenn has been applying his extensive experience in business improvement and transformation consulting within the pharmaceutical sector.
Throughout his varied career, Glenn has honed an array of skills encompassing Human Resources, financial management, legal compliance, policy formulation, process optimization, performance management, and a thorough understanding of state and federal employment laws. Additionally, his proficiency in technology and systems has been instrumental in his professional accomplishments, both in religious and corporate environments.
